Shipping policy
Orders on trinitiih.com are dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our Delhi NCR fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode; metro cities are usually faster.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹699; below that, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies. Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes with a small COD handling charge shown at checkout.
Every order gets a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Returns & refunds
Not quite right? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or write to support@trinitiih.com with your order ID. We arrange a doorstep pickup wherever reverse logistics is available.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item passing quality check. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Privacy policy
Trinitiih collects only the information needed to fulfil your order — your name, contact details, shipping address and order history. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment partners and never stored on our servers.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with delivery and payment partners, strictly to complete your order.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@trinitiih.com. Marketing emails always include a one-click unsubscribe.
Terms of service
By using trinitiih.com you agree to these terms. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep listings accurate; in the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order with a full refund.
All content on this website — text, artwork, product imagery and the Trinitiih name — belongs to Trinitiih and may not be reused without written permission.
